Desired Candidate Profile
  • To complete the store set up and property Management
  • Preferably from retail background
Job Description
  • Develop complete design for the showroom that will include a comprehensive To conceptualize designs for the concept
  • Measurement of sites at different locations
  • Preparing conceptual layout plan for Brand approval
  • Preparing floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations, A/c diffuser allocation, lighting, graphic imaging (3D Presentation) and all material selections and presentation drawing and BOQ, as per brand standard
  • Preparing all detail drawing for execution of work at site
  • Getting quotation from different contractors and Negotiation with contactors and finalization of
  • Contactors preparing purchase order for different vendors
  • Identification and evaluation of new products / solutions, vendors, material to be used and finalization and cost effectiveness
  • Material Specifications and Evaluation and procurement of the material from supplier
  • Coordinating with architect on amendments of the planogram for each store based on the variations on site
  • Supervision of Site and Co-ordination with Site Engineers and Contractors
  • Giving feedback and project progress report to the HQ about the progress of the Projects
  • Inspection of sites and Check Quality as per standards
  • Hand over of site to operation team after completing all snags
  • Follow-ups for bills from contactors and submitting of bill to account Dept
  • Look after maintenance of completed projects
  • Monitor all new stores and refurbishments to deliver the highest standards
  • To deliver detailed specifications and drawings as required
  • Coordinating the fit out work on sites with various agencies including developers and on time completion of projects within the budget
  • Certifying of payments and, documentation of various vendors based on work done
  • To ensure all projects are scheduled according to a timeline
  • To complete all projects timely without delays
